Rick has a lot of knowledge not just in buying/selling, but in construction and he really had me looking at a variety of things. Let's face it, there are some people who "flip" houses on their own and you could end up forking over a lot of money down the road to fix them. I can't say enough about Rick. My two open homes were awesome and I think having him conduct them versus some assistant who can't answer many questions really played a part in that. The photographer he hired also took amazing pictures and my listings were everywhere. My place sold quickly and he was able to negotiate me an awesome two month buy-back to give me time to look for a place and close on it. And, that's exactly what happened. He is very well-versed in Veteran's loans and he had a couple of different lenders providing me rates and I saved money there as well.
