I was NOT an easy client; I will admit it. I was living in a condo in Falls Church, stressed about the noise levels of my neighbors and wanted out stat. I not only needed to sell my place, but turn around and buy a place. I was downright moody at times and unnecessarily stressed, but Rick maintained a cool head, kept on smiling and made my selling and buying experiences more pleasurable than I could have imagined.
I was originally planning on using the same realtor I purchased my condo with in 2010. But, a co-worker raved about Rick and the extra mile he would go. Choosing Rick was my smartest move ever. I sold my condo high, in a couple of weeks, and bought low.
But, it was everything in-between that mattered. As a single person, I didn't want to take on a house requiring a lot of maintenance. I found a beautiful home in Alexandria, but Rick saw some things that concerned him and suggested using a very thorough home inspector who would really zero in on potential issues and take the time to go over all of them with me. Well, that was the best advice because boy was that beautiful home hiding some scary. At another home, Rick suggested going back at a different time of the day and when we did, I found the highway noise downright dreadful.

The photographer he hired also took amazing pictures and my listings were everywhere. My place sold quickly and he was able to negotiate me an awesome two month buy-back to give me time to look for a place and close on it. And, that's exactly what happened.
He is very well-versed in Veteran's loans and he had a couple of different lenders providing me rates and I saved money there as well.
