Alicia Brown: Chief Executive Officer

Alicia is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.. She hangs her Maryland and Washington DC licenses with Keller Williams and her Virginia license with Century 21. She has worked in a variety of roles through-out her 15 year real estate career; from being a Principal Broker, to managing a brokerage and a co-owner / leader of a real estate team overseeing sales, administration and accountability for the team.   Developing and implementing systems are her forte.  Which, of course, allows those around her to be more productive and profitable.   Although she has experience with a variety of real estate systems and software, such as Top Producer, Realty Juggler, Follow-up Boss, etc., her core belief is that she can help you build a system that can work on any platform.   So turn over your paperwork and systems to someone that lives, breathes and loves it. Alicia enjoys spending her free time traveling with her husband or relaxing at home with her sweet dog, Eva, and caring for her parrots: Jaida, Oliver, and Nikki.  

Christine Jones: Transaction Coordinator

Christine Jones joins Scalable Real Estate Solutions with a desire to help people with their housing needs through superior customer service and vital behind the scenes work. After moving to the Baltimore/DC Metro area from southeastern Pennsylvania with her husband in 2013, Christine has found a passion with keeping the many details in line when a house receives a contract for sale, keeping stress levels as minimal as possible for all involved. 

Christine has her real estate license in Maryland and Virginia, a dual M.S. in Management with Marketing and Organizational Leadership concentrations from Wilmington University, and a B.A. in Dance from Mercyhurst College. Christine has been dancing for almost 20 years, starting with ballet and moving forward with modern/contemporary dance after receiving her Bachelor's. She currently dances professionally with a modern dance group in Greenbelt, MD. She enjoys watching crime shows, reading books, and playing video games with her husband, Ian. They welcomed their first child, Nikita, to their family in September 2017.
